Stockholm, SANA- The Syrian scientist and researcher Dr.Ma’amoun Taher won SKAPA Award for his special researches in developing Graphene carbon material and applying it in various industries.
Last year, Taher won the King Prize for technology and sciences in Sweden as the author of the best scientific research that has a positive effect in developing the humanitarian civilization.
In a statement to SANA, Dr.Taher talked about his tireless ambition to continue the work for providing more researches and patents and developing the research group working with him to be the first choice for the researchers around the world in Graphene technology.
He expressed pleasure over the prize that aims at offering the support for the innovators to promote their ideas.
SKAPA prize was created in memory of Alfred Nobel in 1985 and was awarded for the first time in 1986.
