Damascus, SANA – The price of 21 karat gold per gram in local markets on Tuesday dropped by SYP 100, according to the Goldsmiths Association as it reached SYP 6,600.

While the price of 18 karat gold per gram was set by the Association at SYP 5,657.

The price of the Syrian gold coin was set at SYP 54,300.

The price of the 21 karat UK gold coin was set at SYP 54,300, and the 22 karat gold coin at SYP 56,300, while the Syrian gold ounce at SYP 237,600.
