Thousands of Turkish lawyers demonstrate in several cities, rejecting Erdogan’s arbitrary policies

Ankara, SANA-Thousands of Turkish lawyers demonstrated in several Turkish cities to protest against the arbitrary policies of the Turkish regime president, Recep Tayyeb Erdogan, rejecting his attempt to issue a law through which dominating the Bar association.

During a mass demonstration in front of the courts’ complex in Istanbul, president of the Bar association” Mehmet Durakoglu” affirmed the importance of continuing the common struggle against Erdoğan’s authoritarian, anti-justice, non-constitutional, and illegal system aimed at eliminating all forms of opposition and to confront Erdogan’s efforts to control the judiciary and serve his plots and projects.

Several Turkish cities, including Izmir, Gaziantep, Antalya and Aydın, witnessed demonstrations to express solidarity with Istanbul’s demonstration.
