Damascus, SANA Temperature will remain lower than average with about 5 to 8 degrees on Wednesday. Rain will increase in intensity over all Syrian areas, thunder may rumble as well and snow levels will lower to below 1400 meters as the area of a low pressure accompanied with a cold and wet air mass continues to hit Syrian areas.
The Metrology Department expected that the area of the low pressure will lessen starting from the northern and coastal regions on Thursday, as weather will turn into cloudy to partly cloudy and rain showers will continue over the southern region and al-Jazeera area.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform rain bulletin the biggest amounts of rainfall reached to 70mm in Masyaf, Hama, 65mm in Buka in Lattakia and 63mm in Marmarita in Homs.
The bulletin added that rainfalls amounts reached to 45mm in Sargaya, in Damascus and its countryside, 19mm in Sweida, 26mm in Quneitra, 35mm in Tartous, 19mm in Idleb and 25mm in Aleppo.
