Damascus Countryside, SANA- 19 trucks, loaded with schools materials, were delivered Monday to al-Mu’adamiyah town in Damascus Countryside.
The move is sponsored by the Syrian government and UNICEF in cooperation with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent organization.
Chairman of the national reconciliation committee at al-Muadamiyah, Hassan Gandour, said the aid materials will be delivered to more than 6,000 students in 7 schools, adding that the government allocated 3,500,000 SYP to rehabilitate the schools affected by sabotage acts.
The school requirements include desks, tables and innovative supplies that help students activate their minds.
The number of students in al-Muadamiyah reached at 5435 in all grades, while the number of teachers is 311.
