Damascus, SANA-Education Ministry issued on Thursday the Health emergency plan during the duration of exams for academic year of 2019-2020.
The step comes in the framework of measures taken by the government to confront the coronavirus and to keep the safety and health of students and teachers.
The Ministry said in a statement that the number of students in each exam hall will be between 15 and 20 with two observers to guarantee a distance of not less than 1.5 meter.
It affirmed that all exam halls will be disinfected before the exams very days. The disinfections will include the floors, walls, windows and bathrooms.
The Ministry added that masks will be used during the exams for the sick students to prevent the spread of infections, and the masks will be distributed to students free of any change.
It called for avoiding any crowd when the students enter and come out of the exam centers.
