Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad on Sunday issued the legislative decree No.11 for the year 2020 which stipulates for specifying at least 2% of the annual free scholarships allocated by all universities and private educational institutions to the families of the martyrs, the wounded, and missing personnel from the Army and Armed Forces and the Internal Security Forces who were martyred, injured, or went missing due to the war or the combat operations or at the hands of terrorist gangs or hostile members.
