Turkish occupation reduces amount of water supplying Hasaka and its countryside

Hasaka, SANA- Turkish occupation forces and its terrorist mercenaries in Ras al-Ayn countryside reduced amount of water coming from Alouk water station which supplies Hasaka city and its western countryside by half .

Speaking to SANA reporter, Director General of the Water Establishment in Hasaka Mahmoud al-Akla said that Turkish occupation forces prevented workers to enter the Alouk station and operate wells and pumps.

The Turkish occupation operated the half number of the wells at the station and reduced the amount of the water in which half of the water was pumped amid temperatures are rising as summer coming, al-Akla indicated.

The workers have to enter the station in order to repair the technical faults in it ,and operate all the stations and wells to provide water to more than one million people in Hasaka city and its western countryside, he added.
