Damascus, SANA-Education Ministry announced suspension of lessons in public and private schools and as of Saturday March 14th until Thursday, April 2.
Meanwhile, Ministry of Higher Education and scientific Research decided to postpone all exams in public and private universities, including open education system examinations, the national exam and language tests for master degree from Saturday until the 2nd of April.
The Ministry of Endowments also announced suspension of all schools, secondary, the religious institutes, University of the Levant for Islamic Science, Dar Al Aman Foundation for Orphans Care ( N.G.O) and Sons of martyrs which are affiliated to the ministry from Saturday until the 2nd of April.
The steps come as a part of the precautionary and preventive measures which have been announced by the government for the health and safety of the citizens.
