Bangkok, SANA- Syrian swimmer Saleh Mohammad won the bronze medal in the 5-km race during the competitions of the 4th Asian Beach Games Phuket 2014 currently held in Thailand.
20 swimmers have participated in the race, the majority of them are Asia and world-level champions.
Earlier, Syrian athlete Nadia Assaf won a bronze medal in the Sambo competition in the under 64kg women’s category. Syria has won two bronze medals so far in the games.
