Updated- Army units continue deployment to Syrian-Turkish borders in Qamishli eastern countryside

Hasaka, SANA- Syrian Arab Army units on Tuesday deployed to the border areas in the eastern countryside of Qamishli City in completion of the process of deployment which have they started in Hasaka province in framework of their national mission of realizing security and stability in the area and protecting the locals who immediately started to return to their villages which have been entered by the army.

SANA’s reporter in Hasaka said that army units deployed to the borderline with Turkey starting from Qamishli City in the west towards al-Malkyia city in the east over an area of about 60 km, and the established posts in the area to provide security and protection for its locals.

The reporter indicated that the deployment process on Tuesday included the towns of al-Qahtanyia and al-Jawadyia and the villages and towns of Deir Ghosin, Ataba, Tal al-Hasanat, Tal al-Sayyed Mulla Abbas, Qahtanyia, Kardim Fouqani, Tal Jahan and Tal Kharnoub over an area of about 60 km starting from Qamishli City with the aim of protecting the locals from the attacks of the terrorist groups which are backed by the Turkish regime.

The reporter added that the locals have started to return to their areas which have been entered by the army units in the countryside of Qamishli and Tal Tamir, and the eastern countryside of Ras al-Ayn after they left their houses fleeing the attacks by the Turkish forces and the terrorist organizations which are backed by the Turkish regime.

Over the past few days, army units continued to deploy to Hasaka northern countryside as they entered the cities of al-Dirbasyia and Amouda and the villages and towns of Doudan in Tal Afar, Khrab Kurd in Qamishli western countryside and many other villages and towns in the northeastern countryside of the province on the Syrian-Turkish borders from Ras al-Ayn eastern countryside in the west to Qamishli in the east and they established posts over an axis extending over an area of about 90 km.

SANA reporter added that in framework of their aggression on the Syrian territories, forces of the Turkish occupation on Tuesday morning started to bring military reinforcements to al-Souda village in the countryside of Ras al-Ayn after they established military posts in them.
