Pumping from Alouk water station in Ras al-Ayn commences

Hasaka, SANA- The General Establishment for Drinking Water in Hasaka began to pump water from Alouk station in Ras al-Ayn area which supplies Hasaka city, and the 66kv power line between al-Darbasiyah substation and Alouk water station was repaired.

SANA’s reporter said that maintenance teams commenced pumping water to supply Hasaka city after supplying the backup generators with fuel which was done in cooperation with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC).

Speaking to the reporter , Director General of Hasaka Electricity Company Anwar al-Aklah said that maintenance teams, in cooperation with SARC teams, managed to repair the 66kv power line linking al-Darbasiyah substation and Alouk water station, which had been damaged earlier due to shelling by Turkish occupation forces.
