Turkish regime escalates its aggression on Syrian territory

Hasaka, SANA_  The Turkish regime forces have escalated their aggression on Syrian territory in Hasaka and Raqqa provinces on Saturday, and occupied some positions after the collapse of QSD (SDF) militias in many areas of the northern countryside of Hasaka, with the number of civilian martyrs reaching 5 due to the shelling by Turkish forces.

SANA reporter in Hasaka said Turkish forces entered a number of neighborhoods in Ras al-Ayn city following intensive artillery strikes and airstrikes on most of the city’s neighborhoods.

The reporter said that warplanes of the Turkish regime attacked al-Salhiyeh village on Tal Tamer-Ras al-Ayn road in Hasaka northern countryside, adding that Hasaka-Aleppo international highway was re-opened after it was cut off by the Turkish forces following the escape of QSD militias.

The reporter went on to say that Turkish forces occupied Mabrouka town and Tal al-Janb village in the countryside of Ras al-Ayn, while Turkish planes dropped leaflets on Tal Abyad town in Raqqa’s northern countryside calling on QSD militias to lay down their weapons.

The Turkish aggression, the reporter said, targeted the village of al-Dardara in the Ras al-Ayn eastern countryside with artillery fire, while the QSD militias raided the Ghweiran neighborhood in Hasakah and arrested the women who participated in the demonstrations in front of Ghweiran prison to demand the release of the civilian detainees.

The reporter also said that US forces moved 80 foreign detainees affiliated to Daesh terrorist organization from al-Shaddadi prison in Hasaka southern countryside to Iraq.

Hassan Suleiman, a worker in a bakery in Qamishli which was targeted by Turkish forces on Friday,  was martyred. Two more civilians were martyred on Satudary in Ras al-Ayn, and two more in the villages of al-Jisr and Hob al-Hawa.

In a related context, the reporter said that a motorcycle bomb exploded at Ajajeh crossroad in  Hasaka southern countryside beside restaurants, a few hours after the blast of a car bomb near the southwest wall of Hasaka Central Prison, which is controlled by QSD militias in Ghuwairan neighborhood, which includes large numbers of Daesh terrorists
