Damascus, SANA-Temperatures will continue to rise slightly to become around average in most areas as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and the weather will be cold at night, warning against fog at night and in the early morning.
The wind will be of changeable direction to westerly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 33/18, Daraa 31/16, Homs 30/17, Lattakia 30/21, Aleppo 33/16 and Deir Ezzor 36/18.
