Tehran, SANA – Iranian Minister Of Industry, Mine And Trade, Reza Rahmani, stressed the need for promoting the trade relations between Syria and Iran, highlighting that boosting the cooperation is limitless.
Rahmani’s remarks were made during his receiving of a Syrian businessmen delegation headed by Abdul-Nasser Fattouh, also Chairman of Homs Chamber of Commerce.
He pointed out that boosting the trade and economic relations is highly supported by the Iranian officials, adding “the two countries’ needs and capacities should be identified so that a long-term strategic plan could be set.”
For his part, Fattouh said that the meeting aims at broadening cooperation to a wider prospect of all the signed agreements, stressing the need for pushing forwards the economic, trade and investment cooperation between the two countries and building a long-term strategic cooperation.
For his part, Syria’ Ambassador to Iran, Adnan Mahmoud, stressed the need for providing more facilitations as to increase trade cooperation, clarifying that Iran has the priority in reconstruction and the economic partnership.
