Beirut, SANA – Minister of State for Foreign Trade, Hassan Mourad, stressed importance of the distinguished relations between Syria and Lebanon, saying “that makes it a must to enhance our economic relation with it.”
Via his account in Twitter, Mourad said that Syria is Lebanon’s gate to the Arab Nation for exporting its agricultural and industrial products, that’s why trade exchange volume should be increased with it.
For his part, Lebanese Minister of State for Displaced Affairs, Saleh Al-Gharib said in a statement following his meeting with Lebanese President Michel Aoun, that “we felt positivity meeting the Syrian officials and they expressed willingness to provide facilitations in terms their consideration of the issue of the displaced Syrians.”
