Homs, SANA – In preparations for the West Asian Women’s Handball Championship, 3 players from al-Karama female handball club (junior ) in Homs have joined Syria Women’s national handball team.
In statement to SANA Sports bulletin, al-Karama Coach Maisa Mubarak noted that handball players Rand Rustum, Mais Assi and Hadil al-Hussein have been selected for their high performance in previous competitions, adding that the three female players joined the training camp currently held in Damascus.
She called for paying more attention to this game and encouraging players through honoring their talents.
