5200 food baskets distributed among needy families in Hasaka

Hasaka, SANA-The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC)-Hasaka Branch on Tuesday distributed 5200 food baskets provided by the World Food Program (WFP) among the needy families which have been affected by the terrorist war waged against Syria.

The Relief Official at SARC Branch Ammar al-Dayri told SANA reporter that today 3000 food baskets will be also distributed among the needy and affected families in the southern countryside of Hasaka based on the data collected by the branch.

Volunteers at the Livelihoods Project at SARC Branch in Hasaka continue to distribute seeds and fertilizers provided by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) among the locals to help them plant their farms.
