Syrian Olympic Basketball team bids farewell to Asian Games

Jakarta, SANA-Syrian Olympic Basketball team lost 82-75 to his Chinese Taipei counterpart, bidding farewell to the Asian Games currently held in Indonesia.

The Syrian team was ranked 2nd at the B Group after losing to the Iranian team 55-68.

The Asian Games started on August 18.

Syria participated in the Games with teams in cycling, equestrian, Judo, Koresh, jiu-jitsu, Sambo, boxing, athletics, weightlifting, gymnastics, swimming, triathlon, wrestling, 3×3 basketball for women, basketball for men and football.
