Damascus, SANA- Syrian Cartoonist Raed Khalil won the special award of Bugia International Academy contest in Italy.

360 cartoonists representing 55 countries across the world took part in the contest.

The contest focused on the idea of “the weather and the climate change”.

Khalil won last month a number of awards from Ukraine, China, Turkey and Romania.
