Damascus Countryside, SANA – War correspondent Wasim Issa sustained serious injuries while covering the Syrian Arab Army’s operations against terrorists in al-Hajar al-Aswad south of Damascus.

SANA’s correspondent said that Issa was injured went a landmine went off as he was covering the army’s advances against terrorists and documenting the damage caused by terrorists in al-Hajar al-Aswad.

The correspondent said that Issa sustained injuries to the feet and was transported to a hospital in Damascus for treatment.
