Damascus, SANA-The Cabinet called on Sunday the Foreign and Expatriates Ministry to invigorate communication between Syrian missions abroad and Syrian investors wishing to return home to make investments and establish projects in Syria.
During a session chaired by Prime Minister Imad Khamis, the Cabinet also called on the Syrian missions to supply expatriate investors with required information about the investment environment and provide them with the facilitations and benefits that are offered in this regard.
The Cabinet also discussed a bill amending the Article.3 of Decree no. 51 for 2003 on establishing a health insurance fund for the Syrian Arab Army’s retirees.
The amendment comes in view of the injuries suffered by conscripts and reservists in the army during the battles they are waging against terrorist organizations which often leads to the termination of their service.
