The Cabinet reviews touristic projects plans in the coast

Damascus, SANA – The Cabinet reviewed in its weekly session on Tuesday chaired by Prime Minister Imad Khamis the touristic investment projects plan map for the Syrian coast, including

establishments, touristic and entertainment projects, touristic development areas, and investment opportunities in this sector.

Tourism Minister Besher Yazaji stated that the potential projects in the map offer a lot of diversity in terms of tourist products, covering cultural, entertainment, natural, sport, religious, and touristic domains.

On another note, the Cabinet approved extending the resolution concerning workers’ injuries that result in death caused by the current circumstances in the country.

President at Planning and International Cooperation Commission Imad Sabouni reviewed what has been accomplished in the national developmental program for the post-crisis period, explaining that achieving the final vision for all its projects will be concluded by August.

The Cabinet assigned the Finance and Higher Education Ministers to dedicate the requested sum to complete the expansion and rehabilitation processes of Assad University Hospital in Damascus.

The Cabinet also assigned the Ministry of Public Works and Housing with repairing the old Aleppo-Hama highway which has been liberated from terrorism recently.
