Foreign Ministry signs executive program to develop Diplomatic Institute  

Damascus, SANA – Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Minister Walid al-Moallem signed on Thursday with Administrative Development Minister Salam Safaf the executive program for developing the training and qualification system in the Diplomatic Institute.

The executive Program includes setting up the Institute’s rule of procedures, and studying its needs and meeting them financially and logistically.

The program also insisted on earning a national credibility by equipping the Institute with the necessary and professional trainers and training portfolios, as well implementing specialized programs and adopting them according to the quality standards.

The program stipulates for a cooperation mechanism with the Higher Institute of Languages and the Syrian Computer Society aiming to conduct regular training courses to teach the most spoken languages and computer programs, and collaborate in holding conferences and workshops in the interests of both sides.
