Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will slightly drop, yet they will remain around average as the country is affected by a seasonal Indian low pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general while the weather will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya desert areas, and it will be relatively cold at night in the coastal mountains.
The wind will be changeable to northwesterly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 32/17, Daraa 31/16, Homs 29/18, Lattakia 29/22, Aleppo 32/18 and Deir Ezzor 36/20.
