SARC receives two ambulances presented by Indonesian people

Damascus, SANA – The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) received on Wednesday two ambulances presented by the Indonesian people at the headquarters of the Higher Committee for Relief at the Ministry of Local Administration and Environment.

Indonesian Ambassador to Syria Djoko Harjanto said in a statement to journalists that the initiative came as an expression of solidarity with the Syrian people, voicing hope that cooperation will be further consolidated between the governments and people of Syria and Indonesia in all domains.

In a statement to SANA, Director of the International Organizations Department at the SARC Bassel Houraniyeh thanked the friendly Indonesian people for standing by the Syrian people and for their initiative in supporting the SARC to provide health services to the citizens.
