Damascus, SANA – Temperatures tend to rise but remain below average as the country is affected by low air pressure accompanied by northwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general, while it will be misty in the eastern areas and al-Badia.
The winds will be westerly to northwesterly of low to moderate speed, while the sea waves will be low to moderate in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 29/12, Daraa 29/15, Homs 27/12, Hama 28/15, Lattakia 29/16, Aleppo 30/15 and Deir Ezzor 34/18.
