Russian State Duma Chairman: Russian’s MPs to organize photography exhibition on Syria in Greece

Moscow, SANA – Chairman of the Russian State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin announced that members of the Duma will organize a photography exhibition at the Hellenic Parliament in Greece showcasing the situation in Syria due to the terrorist war targeting it.

During a parliamentary meeting held in Moscow on Wednesday, Volodin said that the Russian side has received information from the Hellenic Parliament which supported the idea of the exhibition, calling for a Russian parliamentary delegation headed by Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee Leonid Slutsky and the coordinator of Parliamentary Friendship Groups with the Hellenic Parliament Pavel Vadiay to open the exhibition.

Volodin added that State Duma had called on the parliaments of the European Union to host such photography exhibitions about the events in Syria, and the Hellenic Parliament was the first in respond.
