Lattakia, SANA – Mrs. Siham Nadweh and her daughters Reem and Ghinwa Khadra who had been abducted by the armed terrorist organizations in the countryside of Idleb for one year and seven months were released and returned to their families in Lattakia province.
Meeting the liberated abductees, Lattakia Governor Ahmad Sheikh Abdul-Qader stressed the governorate council’s unremitting efforts to liberate those who were kidnapped in the northern countryside of Lattakia, indicating that a remarkable progress has been achieved in this regard thanks to the Syrian Arab army and concerned parties.
He stressed that work is continued for releasing all Syrian abductees who have been captured by the armed terrorist groups.
For his part, MP Ahmad Hassan Hilal praised cooperation and communications among several parties in different areas which contributed to the liberation of the three abductees and the teacher Bassam Mohammed from al-Zeghbeh village in Hama province.
The two sisters Reem and Ghinwa stressed their will to return to their normal lives and complete their academic attainment despite of their abduction which lasted for several months, expressing hope that all other Syrian abductees will be released thanks to the concerned parties which spare no effort to serve all citizens.
