Damascus, SANA – The Syria Trust for Development, in cooperation with Sondus Establishment, organized a bazaar for school supplies, uniforms, and children’s clothing at the Trust’s headquarters in Bab Sharqi.
The Trust’s director of operations in the southern region Helen Faddoul said that the bazaar, which will continue until September 21st, aims to provide various necessities for the new school years at reasonable prices and in good quality.
In turn, the Trust’s coordinator for the Duwaila’ah area Rami al-Homsi said this bazaar is based on an initiative from the Duwaila’ah volunteer team, while Sondus Director General Ammar Mohammad said the establishment’s participation is part of the efforts made by the Internal Trade and Consumer Protection Ministry and other state establishments to provide students’ needs.
Several private businesses and shop owners are participating in the bazaar as well.
