Doha, SANA-Syrian national football team lost 0-1 to Qatar in the match held on Tuesday within the fourth round of the first group of world cup qualifications for Russia 2018.

The Qatari national team scored its goal at the 37^th minute of the game through a penalty kick.

This is the first 3 points of Qatar that occupies the fifth place in the group while the Syrian team remained in the fourth place with 4 points.

Syria will meet Iran on October 15^th.
