Tehran, SANA – Boxer Munaf Asaad of the Syrian national boxing team has qualified for the finals of Iran International Boxing Championship after defeating Iran’s champion in the semi-finals in the 91 kg competitions on Saturday.
Asaad has already guaranteed gaining a silver, to be added to three bronze medals won by Hussein al-Masri (49 kg), Ahmad Ghossoun (69 kg) and Alaa Ghossoun (81 kg).
