President al-Assad issues law on exempting owners of the estates affected by terrorist acts from paying the fees of building permits

Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad issued on Monday law no.21 for 2015 on exempting owners of the estates affected by terrorist acts from paying the fees of building permits including the additional fees when they renovate their estates completely or partially

The law covers only the buildings which are located inside the stable regulatory areas which don’t require a complete reconstruction, and it stipulates for restoring the estates to their previous status without any additions.
