Ankara, SANA- Chairman of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Selahattin Demirtas stressed that Mafia gangs and their political leaders headed by Recep Tayyip Erdogan are ruling Turkey.
During his visit to Bugün TV and Kanaltürk , the channels, which were stormed into by the Turkish police on Wednesday, Demirtas expressed worry over the Government’s decision to illegally seize the channels upon instructions given by Erdogan.
He clarified that these acts are oppressive and fascist, adding that Erdogan seeks through that to mute any opponent voice.
Early on Wednesday, the police, stormed into the Istanbul headquarters of Bugün TV and Kanaltürk, which are owned by the Koza İpek Group using tear gas and water hoses to disperse the guards according to shots broadcast by the website of Bugun TV.
