Meeting a number of judges and lawyers on Sunday, al-Ahmad called for working in unison to overcome obstacles hindering judicial work, noting that the judicial sector was among the first to be targeted by methodical terrorist attacks since the beginning of the crisis, with the Justice Palace in Daraa being the target of the first terrorist attack, where it was ransacked and vandalized, resulting in destroying its records.

Discussions during the meeting focused on the need to address the daily concerns of lawyers and judges and working towards alleviating the inconvenience caused to citizens due to prolonged litigation and legal work, among other issues.
