500 food packages distributed to needy families in Amouda in Hasaka

Hasaka, SANA- Al-Mawadda charity association started distribution of 500 food packages dedicated to families in need in Amouda area in Hasaka northern province.

Sa’ad Salo, head of the association, said in a statement to SANA reporter that the food packages contain bulgur wheat, lentils, sugar, beans, vegetable oil, tomato paste, pasta, rice and flour.

Salo added that the association would start distributing the food packages to needy families of al-Derbasiyeh who are staying at Hasaka city.

This is the second time in August that aid was distributed to the needy families of Amouda who are staying in Hasaka.

500 food packages were distributed on August 5th.
