Beirut, SANA- The Lebanese army arrested eight Syrian terrorists in the towns of al-Laboua and Arsal to the east of Lebanon on charges of belonging to terrorist organizations.
Guidance Directorate of the Lebanese Army Command said, in a statement Tuesday, that the arrested terrorists were handed over to the competent authorities to take the necessary measures.
Over the past few months, Lebanese army has arrested scores of terrorists on different charges and it has also repelled the attempts of many terrorists to infiltrate from Arsal and its barrens into Lebanon.
