Homs, SANA The From Destruction to Construction festival, held in Ekrima al- Makhzoumi School in Homs city, included dancing and singing shows performed by the students of the school, handicrafts and an art exhibition embodying the students’ love to their homeland.
Homs governor Talal al-Barazi told reporters .. Children’s participation in the festival stressed that life will continue despite of the Zionist, Arab and Foreign-backed conspiracies targeting Syria and all the attempts to undermine the Syrian people will.
Last October, terrorists targeted the students of a schools complex in Ekrima neighborhood in Homs City with twin terrorist explosions, claiming the lives of 33 citizens, among them 35 children and injuring 176 other, most of them children.
He hailed the steadfastness of the students of Ekrima School despite of the terrorist attack targeted their school.
The Participants stressed that the festival aims at consolidating partnership with the domestic community, hailing the national unity among the Syrian people.
The festival aims at psychologically supporting the children and enhancing their joy and happiness.
It expressed the Syrian people’s steadfastness in the face of the blind terrorism and that the science process will continue for building Syria.
