Damascus, SANA-Health Minister Dr. Musab al-Ali discussed with the Chargé d’Affaires of the German Embassy in Damascus Ms. Margaret Jacob, and the accompanying delegation, ways to enhance cooperation in the health sector.
During the meeting, Dr. al-Ali highlighted the challenges facing the health sector in Syria, particularly in healthcare, mental health, and the shortage of cancer medications.
For her part, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy indicated her country’s support for the Syrian government and people, and its readiness to support all the needs of the Ministry of Health.
