Damascus, SANA- Al-Khair Shopping Festival kicked off Sunday evening at al-Yarmouk Hall in al-Zahira neighborhood of Damascus.
The event is organized by “Inmar” Exhibitions and Conferences Company, in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection, with the participation of 118 national companies.
Participants in the festival are offering a variety of goods and products needed by families, including food products, detergents of all kinds, household appliances, clothing, leather goods, shoes, accessories, and children’s toys.
Minister of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection, Maher al-Hassan, said that the festival is an opportunity to showcase a variety of products where families can find everything they need, with discounts ranging from a minimum of 20% to 30%.
The festival organizer, Fahd al-Hariri, noted that the festival breaks the chains of meditation between the producer and the consumer, so that sales are made directly with real discounts that positively impact citizens.
He added, “We are working to provide offers that in some cases reach the cost price.”
The festival continues until the 26th of this month, and opens its doors from 12 pm to 8 pm.
