Russian air defenses shoots down 13 Ukrainian drones

Moscow, SANA- Russian air defense systems shot down on Thursday 13 Ukrainian drones, most of them over the territory of Oryol region.

Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement on Thursday, “Last night, an attempt by the Kiev regime to carry out a terrorist attack using drones on targets in the territory of the Russian Federation was thwarted.”

13 Ukrainian drones were intercepted and destroyed by air defense systems, 6 of them over the territory of Oryol Region, 4 over the territory of Kursk Region, and 3 over the territory of Bryansk Region, the statement added.

On a daily basis, Ukrainian regime forces target with drones and missiles Russian border areas in the Republic of Crimea and Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk and Voronezh regions, resulting in civilian casualties.
