Hasaka, SANA-A civilian was injured in al-Saida village in eastern Rmelan as the US occupation-backed QSD militia opened fire on the locals, while they were trying to prevent an armed group affiliated with the militia from dismantling and stealing the electrical transformer supplying the village with power.
Local sources in Rmelan told SANA that a citizen was seriously injured after the locals of al-Saida village intercepted a military convoy of the “QSD” militia consisting of four cars, which cut the electricity wires and cables coming out of the transformer and stole them.
The sources pointed out that it was the militia’s second attempt to steal the transformer, as the locals were then able to intercept a group of QSD militia militants who tried to dismantle and steal the aforementioned transformer.
