President al-Assad issues a decree appointing two ministers

Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad issued on Wednesday Decrees No. 313 for year 2023 appointing Eng. Hussein Makhlouf as Minister of Water Resources in addition to appointing Eng. Lamia Youssef Shakour a Minister of Local Administration and Environment.
