National Earthquake Center records five weak tremors during past 24 hours

Damascus, SANA- National Earthquake Center has announced that five weak tremors were recorded during the past 24 hours.

The center said that the stations of the National Earthquake Monitoring Network recorded a tremor, 24 kilometers south of Lattakia, with a magnitude of 1.4 degrees and two tremors one, about 15 kilometers northwest of Lattakia, with a magnitude of 3 degrees and the second one, 13 Kilometers, with 2.6 degrees.

The stations added that the center has recorded a tremor in Liwa Iskenderun with a magnitude of 1.9 degrees and one tremor northwest Cyprus with a magnitude of 3 degrees on Richter scale.
