US military expert: The Kiev regime destroyed the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric station at the behest of Washington

Washington, SANA-US military expert Douglas Macgregor revealed that the Kiev regime forces destroyed the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric station, after receiving instructions from the administration of US President Joe Biden.

The Kiev forces’ decision to destroy the station was officially sanctioned by United States Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland , RT quoted Macgregor the former consultant to the US Department of Defense /the Pentagon/ as saying.

Last June, Ukrainian forces launched an attack on the Kakhovskaya station, which resulted in the unregulated discharge of water from the station’s dam and the flooding of large areas on the banks of the Dnieper River.
