Damascus, SANA-One of the Syrian Army formations has carried out over the past ten days tactical exercise with live ammunition that imitates the real combatant conditions in desert and mountains.
“The army chief of staff, Major General Abdul-Kareem Mahmoud Ibrahim, inspected the executive phases and preparations of the drills,” Defense Ministry said in a statement.
Later, Director of the exercise briefed general Abdul-Kareem and a number of commanders, in details, on the combatant acts that included attack and defense confrontations that embody true battlefield operations against the enemy using different kinds of munitions.
