“Made in Syria” Shopping Festival kicks off in Jableh city

Lattakia, SANA- Minister of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection, Mohsen Abdel Karim opened the 146th round of the monthly shopping festival “Made in Syria” in jableh city with participation of more than 70 companies from various industrial sectors.

The festival offers discounts of about 20 to 40 percent on various food, textile, chemical and detergent products which characterized by high quality.

Abdel Karim pointed out the importance of these festivals in presenting goods directly from the producer to the consumer.

Vice-chairman of Damascus and its Countryside Chamber of Industry,Talal Qala’ji said that the festival is a form of support for the earthquake-effected people in Jableh.

The festival which will last until June 21st is organized by Damascus Chamber of Industry, its countryside, Lattakia Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Tartus and Damascus countryside Industry Chambers, in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Commerce, Consumer Protection and Lattakia Governorate.
