12 weak aftershocks recorded in the past 24 hours

Damascus, SANA- The National Earthquake Center has announced recording 12 weak aftershocks of less than 4.3 magnitudes on the Richter Scale over the 24 past hours.

The center noted in a statement on its official Facebook that among the tremors recorded in eastern Hama were 69 km with a magnitude of 2.5 degrees, north of Lattakia by 22 km with a magnitude of 2.2 degrees, and 7 tremors in Liwa Iskenderun with a magnitude of 2.3 and 3.2 degrees.

Three tremors were registered in the Turkish mainland ranged between 2.6 and 4.2 magnitudes, the center added.
