Arnous discusses with his Iraqi counterpart ways of enhancing joint cooperation

Damascus, SANA – Prime Minister Hussein Arnous discussed with his Iraqi counterpart Muhammed Shia al-Sudani the bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and ways of enhancing joint cooperation at various levels.

Arnous during a phone call expressed, on Wednesday, Syria’s readiness and desire to inaugurate new horizons of economic and tourism cooperation with Iraq to serve the common interest.

For his part, al-Sudani affirmed Iraq’s keenness to establish constructive relations with Syria in various fields, in addition to security coordination and cooperation in pursuing terrorist remnants, in a way that enhances the security of the two countries and the stability of their two brotherly peoples.
