Beijing calls on the US to respect Syria’s sovereignty, territorial integrity

Beijing, SANA-China called on the US to respect Syria’s sovereignty, territorial integrity and stop plundering its national resources.

“We urge the US to respect Syria’s sovereignty, territorial integrity and respond to the Syrian people’s demands,” Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Wang Wenbin said Wednesday in his Regular Press Conference.

“Washington should immediately remove the unilateral sanctions on Syria, stop plundering its national resources, bring US forces into justice and take tangible procedures to tackle the pain it has caused to Syria,” Wenbin added.

He said that Syria is another victim of the US regimes that deprive the Syrian people from their rights.
